Arizona Real Estate and Pest Control

Homes, particularly Arizona real estate, don’t give pest control services with the home when it is purchased. You would think with the extreme heat and the cool moist air from inside the home, they would offer pest control. Homes in Arizona are designed to breath, that way there’s no condensation or mold growing on the inside of your walls and creating a disgusting smell. With this vast difference from outside heat to moist cool inside air, mold is bound to grow, and with the seeping moist air coming out of the walls, this attracts insects inside of the home for a more comforting place to live. It’s a shame Arizona real estate doesn’t supply a pest control service when you purchase a home here.
